NAME BADGE ORDER

We can produce name badges for you for $5.50 per member with either a pin or bulldog clip or $6.50 per badge with a magnetic back.  Badges can be turned around in 2 weeks or less.  The shipping/handling charge for 1-10 badges is $3.00.  Shipping 11-20 is $5.00. 20-40 badges is $8.00. 41 or more badges $10.00.

DISTRICT CONVENTION BADGE LAYOUT
	You are free to design your badges how ever you wish. You may use different logos, colors, or layouts... it's all up to you.  Keep in mind as you design your badge that it is the same size as a credit card.

You may give us a call and we can take your order over the phone.  You may also send us an e-mail indicating your choice of layout (standard is displayed above), the list of names, and your method of payment.
