Annual dues billings
started during the 2006-07 administration year; October 1, 2006.

As an example, if a
club’s anniversary date is May 19, based upon a May anniversary date
and the table above, the club would be in Group 3.
As a result, Kiwanis would mail the club’s membership roster to
the club around February 1, 2007 … then the club would return the
corrected membership roster to Kiwanis within 30 days upon receipt based
upon the membership verified by the club…
then Kiwanis would
update our membership database with your roster information and send you
a dues invoice that is due within 30 days, but no later than May 31,
2007.
The club will be able to collect dues from its members as normal,
maintaining the funds in the club treasury until payment is due.
